About the 2024 Harvest (Your Free Bonus):

This oil has a best-by date of November 30, 2025. According to the International Olive Council, Extra Virgin Olive Oil remains safe and delicious for up to two years after harvest (see standards here).

However, we set our best-by date at 12 months because that's when we can guarantee the oil still has the full flavor profile we're proud of. After the first year, the oil is completely safe and healthy - the flavor just becomes naturally mellower and less peppery.
